Tiffany Nickel competes in Ms. Wheelchair America 2011

Tiffany Nickel's is interview by WIBW TV in Topeka, KS. for her up coming Ms. Wheelchair America 2011 competition Aug 9^th. View the VIDEO HERE.

The Ms. Wheelchair America 2011 competition will take place during the week of August 9, 2010 in Grand Rapids Michigan. Twenty-eight contestantsfrom around the country will compete for the MWA 2011 crown.  The week of competition is packed full of workshops, field trips and judging sessions.

The Wichita Paralympic Experience will introduce persons with physical disabilities to Paralympic sports. In addition to hands-on participation in Boccia, Tennis & Handcycling, the participants will interact with Paralympic athletes and local coaches. There will also be educational sessions on Paralympic sports for parents, teachers, coaches, program leaders and rehabilitation specialists.

El Dorado Lake Bluestem Point Campground #3. Saturday, July 24

Please use the second El Dorado exit on the turnpike.
Look for directional signs after you are in the lake area.

Sun just naturally leads to fun! And that's definitely the case at our annual SUMMER SPLASH.

It’ll be a weekend filled with activities designed for persons with physical disabilities. Plan to bring your family and friends; they'll have a great time, too.

Some of the activities being planned consist of:
Water skiing & boating…
We'll provide the boats and Kanski water skis. The skiing's a blast. Jet skiing and pontoon boat rides will be available.

Camping . . .
If you like campfires and sleeping under the stars, we’ve
reserved plenty of room with great facilities. If you
need assistance, please bring someone to lend a
helping hand.

Chowing Down . . .
Lunch and dinner Saturday are included in entry fee.
Soft drinks/water will be available throughout the
day on Saturday.
