Entry deadline is Wednesday May 22, 2013
For the first 30 entries received with payment, hotel rooms will be free for the nights of June 12 -15.
However you must attend both the camp and tournament for this to apply.
If you wish to pay using a credit card, you will need to contact Grady directly.
$150.00
If you have a preference for your roommate, please indicate this on your entry form.
If you want an individual room by yourself, you will need to pay an additional $150.00
If you have additional questions regarding Hotels, call Grady or Nick.
Tournament or Camp only Entry Fee
Does Not include hotel. Tournament only entry deadline June 7, 2013 $75.00
If you are only attending one of the events, you will need to make your own hotel arrangements.
Rules
The “Code” will be used.
All USTA rules will apply.
Scoring
Best two of three sets.
Alternative scoring may be used if needed due to bad weather.

Cash prizes awarded in all divisions.

We will make hotel reservations for the first 30 players who attend the camp and tournament, do not
make your own reservations. We will notify you if you are not one of the first 30 entries received.
Players NOT in the first 30 entries (camp & tournament) received or who will only attend the camp
or the tournament will need to make their own hotel arrangements. The tournament hotel rooms are
$89.00 a night for a regular room and $99.00 for a Suite plus 13% Tax.
